By booking a ride with us through our website, you agree to our Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please check the “I agree to Camberley Taxi Cab‘s Terms & Conditions” box on the booking page. If these terms don’t align with you, booking with us won’t be possible. Booking for someone else? Make sure you have their permission to accept these terms on their behalf.

Key Terms Explained:

• Agreed Pick-Up Point: Where we’ll meet you for your ride.
• Agreed Time: When we’ll pick you up.
• Booking: Your cab reservation, which could be a one-way trip, a return trip, or multiple stops.
• PHO: The licensed cab operator is taking your booking.
• PHO T&C: The cab operator’s terms also apply to your booking.
• Personal Data: Information you provide, like your name, address, and payment details.
• Trip: The journey from your pick-up to your drop-off point.

Using Our Website:

• Ensure the information you provide is accurate to avoid any hiccups.
• Remember, we’re just the middleman connecting you with cab operators. The actual transport contract is between you and the PHO.
• It would help if you were 18 or older to make a booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings and will refund any payments made.
• We value your privacy and will protect your personal information, only sharing it with your chosen PHO.

About Bookings:

• We’ll provide you with quotes from available cab operators. It’s up to you to choose the one that suits your needs.
• Double-check your details before confirming. Once confirmed, the booking is final unless the PHO’s terms say otherwise.
• If there are any issues with your payment, we might be unable to help you complete your booking.

Payments:

• Choose between paying by card when booking or cash to the driver.
• Any changes to the route or extra requests might lead to additional charges from the PHO.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• You can cancel a booking through our website. Depending on when you cancel, you might be eligible for a full refund minus any card charges.
• If the cab doesn’t show up within 15 minutes of the agreed time and you choose not to wait, you’ll get a full refund.

Our Responsibility:

• We ensure all our PHOs are licensed, but it’s up to you to check their credentials if you have any concerns.
• We’re not liable for any delays or issues with the cab service. Any complaints should be directed to the PHO.

Behaviour and Conduct:

• The PHO can end the trip if anyone in your party behaves inappropriately.
• Alcohol is not allowed in the vehicle for consumption during the trip.

Insurance and Liability:

• We or the PHO aren’t responsible for any damage or loss to your belongings during the trip. Make sure your items are insured.

Resolving Issues:

• Got a complaint? Talk to the PHO first. You have 72 hours after the trip to contact us if this does not fix the problem.

Privacy Matters:

• We take your privacy seriously and will only share your data with the PHO involved in your booking.

The Fine Print:

• These Terms & Conditions represent our entire agreement with you.
• All legal matters fall under English Law, and any disputes will be handled in English courts.
